Can Brake Controller be Installed with 7-Way Adapter # 37185
Question:
You guysm mentioned here that part# 37185 could not be used with a brake controller: https://www.etrailer.com/question-100000.html However, from the description of that part, it looks like it has the connections for an electronic brake controller. Can you clarify why that part wouldnt work?

Sorry for any confusion there but the # 37185 can be used for and with install of a brake controller but it would require additional components to complete the install which is what the # ETBC7 comes with. Basically the # 37185 is just the adapter whereas the # ETBC7 is the same adapter plus the additional components needed to install the brake controller.
