Question:
I have a 2014 chevy volt hatchback. Will Thule Pulse Medium Th614 fit my car? I have Rhino Rack aero cross bars. From the center of the front bar to the center of the rear bar is about 27.

From your photo, it looks like you have Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero crossbars like the # RRVA126B-2. With these crossbars, the Thule Pulse Medium Cargo Box # TH614 is definitely compatible on your 2014 Chevy Volt. Also, with your 27" crossbar spread, that spread is compatible with the Pulse as well.
With both of these confirmations, you are good to go!
