The first thing you are going to want to do is check the hitch and the owners manual to make sure that each can be used with weight distribution. If so then next you will need to determine the total tongue weight before choosing a weight distribution system.

The total tongue weight is calculated by taking the tongue weight of the trailer, when loaded and ready to tow, and then adding to that the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. If that comes out under 600 pounds then you can use Curt weight distribution system # C17330.

You will also need to add a properly sized ball to this system to match what the trailer coupler requires. For a 2 inch ball use # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball use # 19286. If you want to add sway control you would need # 17200.
