Adapter for Yakima Hully Roller Carrier for Subaru Forester with Thule Bars

Hello, A friend gave me 2 sets of Yakima Hully Rollers with 2 sets of the saddles. I have a 2017 Subaru Forester with factory installed Thule Aero bars. Am I right in that I need Item # Y03590 and do I need 2 of those for 2 kayaks? Also, what parts would I need to lock these? Thank you,
