The trailer hitch options for a 2015 Lexus RX 350 are not the same as the trailer hitch options for a 2019 Lexus RX 350. For a 2019 model I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75540 which is a direct bolt-on fit. It has a 2" opening with class III rating which can be used for towing or hitch mounted accessories. It comes with all hardware you need for installation.
