Can 84" Wide etrailer Cargo Carrier be Converted to 60" Wide & Can 60" Wide be Converted to 84" Wide

Question:

Can the 84 be converted to a 60? Or can the 60 be a 84 by adding the XL extension? And what is the spacing on the mounting brackets. We have a 2020 Entegra Odyssey.

The answer is actually yes to both; you can convert the 84" wide carrier to a 60" wide carrier, and conversely the 60" carrier can be converted to an 84" wide carrier with the extension. To go from 60" to 84" here's what you'd need:

- 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049

- 24" Extension for etrailer Bumper Mounted RV Cargo Carrier # e99052

The extension comes with the longer carrier, so you would just need to remove it to convert the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR.

As for the mounting brackets, they are 27-9/16" apart on the shorter carrier and 24" apart on the longer carrier.
