Are the electric brakes that come with the timbren axleless suspension self adjusting?

Yes, the electric brakes that come with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs # A35RS545E are self-adjusting so you'll only need to do that initial adjustment then you'll be good to go!
The initial adjustment is just making sure there is a slight drag when you freely spin the wheel. If you have too much drag or too little drag then the self-adjusting feature might not work correctly.
