Is There a 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver Available For a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta TDI?
Question:
Is there a hitch with 2inch rather than 1 1/4 hole? I have a tow dolly and will have need to pull that no car on dolly back home and have several 2inch receivers. I believe that the Jetta has a 2,000 tow limit, that seems like alot! Why make the happy tdi engine pull much weight.

For your 2004 Volkswagen Jetta I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24748 since you can only get a 1-1/4" class I receiver on your Jetta. Draw-Tite recommend using their Ball Mount # 3593 with this receiver on your Jetta.
A 1-7/8" Ball # 19256 or 2" Ball # 19258 will be needed to connect to your car dolly.
The Hopkins Tail Light Converter Kit # HM48925 will give you a 4-way flat trailer connection to control the lights on your tow dolly.
