Troubleshooting Safety Chain Loops # RP58468 Not Releasing

The center lock that you lift up to remove the puck won’t lift up and I can’t remove the puck.

Most likely the release mechanism of the Safety Chain Loops part # RP58468 that you referenced are frozen from corrosion. I would liberally spray lube onto the mechanism and let it soak to see if that helps. You can also try hitting it with a rubber mallet to see if that helps unfreeze it.
