Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76021 will fit your 2022 Jeep Renegade Altitude. It has been confirmed to fit all trim levels of your Renegade. Since your Altitude trim does not include tow hooks it will require some drilling to attach on your rear subframe.

I do recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118651 when you are installing the receiver. This will make it easier to run the wiring out of rear of your Renegade. The 4-way will allow you to connect to most small trailers you may tow and will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessories you many use. The Mounting Bracket # 18144 will allow you to secure the 4-way connection to the receiver cross tube without drilling.
