Need Replacement Mounting Clamp for Thule Ski and SnowBoard Carrier

I need a part for my thule ski rack. It looks like the part 753-2854. But the part I need has the #s 853-5268. Its black plastic and is 4 and a half inches long. Is it the same?

You were correct picking out the Thule Replacement Bottom Mounting Clamp # 753-2854. My technical contact at Thule confirmed that the # 853-5268 that is stamped into your piece is actually a manufacturing designator.
I pulled this from our warehouse and have the measurements noted in the picture. The piece I pulled has the same # 853-5268 stamped in it as well.
