I reached out to Timbren as we have always recommended mounting the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension # TSR14KT01 and mounting the axles with the U-bolts to correctly position the axles. They confirmed that this is the correct way to determine the correct angle and positioning for the included mounting plates if you choose to weld them to your axles. You can tack weld the plates to the axles when they are properly positioned and remove for final welding, or mark the plates position on the axle if you are needing to take them to a shop to have welded.
