In order to find the correct replacement parts you are going to need to identify what you have now. You do not want to assume you have a 3,500 lb axle or you will end up with parts that don't fit again. I recommend checking the axle tag to see if it has a serial number or axle capacity listed. If it has a serial number you could call the axle manufacturer and they will be able to identify the axle and the parts you need.

If you are unable to find this information you may also be able to contact Wesco with the VIN number and find out what the correct replacement is. If all else fails you will need to identify your current bearings in order to find the right replacement hub. You can use the part numbers on your existing bearings or you can measure if they do not have part numbers.

I recommend using a digital caliper like the # PTW80157. The measurement you need is the inner diameter of the bearings. You can also measure the spindle where the bearings ride. See the attached diagram which shows where to measure.

Once you know which bearings you have you can match them up to the corresponding hub with the bolt pattern you are looking for. For example, if you find that you have a # L68149 inner bearing (1.378" inner diameter) and # L44649 outer bearing (1.063" inner diameter) then you could use the # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K.

If you're looking for a spindle the same applies. You would need to measure if you can't identify it otherwise in order to choose the correct spindle. You would also need to have the spindle installed by a professional welder/shop who works on trailer axles to make sure it is installed correctly.

I have attached a link to all of our pre-greased hubs along with a link to all of our available spindles for you to check out.
