Recommended Slide-Out Awning for 12-7 Slide-Out
Question:
Our slideout is 12foot 7. Would a 13foot 6inch slideout awning be too wide?

Expert Reply:
A 13'-6" awning will not be too wide. For a 12'-7" slide out, I recommend the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning, # LCV000168110 (black) or # LCV00163301 (white). These awnings will provide a greater overhang to keep debris and rain completely off of your slide out. If your RV didn't come with a slide out awning, you will want to make sure you have enough space on either side of your slide out to fit the mounting hardware. You will need at least 7 inches of clearance on either side of your slide out.
