From what I have found, you have a torsion axle on your 2012 Lance 1575 Travel Trailer. It also looks like you have a GVWR of 3,500 lbs. Based on that information you would have a #10 Torflex axle which means you would need the Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift # K71-707-01.
This fits #10 Torflex axles with 2,300 to 4,000-lb capacities. Once installed, the kit will raise your trailer frame and provide 2-5/8" of additional clearance between trailer frame and axle. I recommend verifying that this is the axle you have before purchasing the kit.
I have attached a review video for your reference.
