Since you are already using weight distribution I would not recommend adding suspension enhancement because the two systems tend to work against each other. But in general, using suspension enhancement like Timbren Springs # TGMRG25C does improve vehicle ride quality, reduces side to side roll, and will help keep the vehicle level when there is a load in the vehicle or when towing.

If you are having issues with steering and ride quality it could be that you need to make some adjustments to your weight distribution system or you are using a system that is not properly rated for the weight of the trailer. When choosing weight distribution you will go by the total tongue weight of the trailer. This is calculated by taking the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.

If you can tell me what system you have and what its capacity is along with the total tongue weight, I can determine if the system is adequate, needs to be adjusted, or if a different system would work better. I have included a couple of links to FAQs on tongue weight and weight distribution for you.
