Expert Reply:
The total weight of the 24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # 63153 is 62 pounds. If you need a hitch lock for this carrier, that is the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span # 63232.
If you are looking for a lighter carrier, I recommend the aluminum 19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum # C18100. This carrier only weighs 29 pounds. It is important to note that the length from the center of the pinhole to the closest part of this carrier is 4-1/2". In order to make sure it clears your rear bumper, I recommend measuring the center of your hitch pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper. If that length does not exceed 4-1/2", you are good to go! For a locking hitch pin for using the etrailer carrier, that is the # e98880.
If you need a compatible hitch receiver, feel free to respond to this answer with the year/make/model of your vehicle, and I will be happy to recommend you the best hitch.
