Tire for the 2013 are st205/75D14 what size rim do I need for spare?

A 205/75-14 tire is typically installed on a 5-1/2 or 6 inch wide 14 inch diameter rim.
Assuming that your hub has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, a standard white powder coated 14 inch rim like part # AM20352 would be a good choice.
If you need a tire as well, we do not carry a wheel/tire combo with a D rated tire, but we do offer the 205/75D-14 radial tire that is sold separately as part # AM10235.
