Recommendation for Carrying Two Electric Bikes With a 2006 Dodge Ram While Pulling a Travel Trailer

I have two electric bicycles 70 pounds apiece, will be going into 2 inch receiver on the back of a travel trailer.

The best way to carry two electric bikes while pulling your travel trailer would be in the bed of your 2006 Dodge Ram Pickup. The Kuat NV 2.0, part # NV22G that you referenced will not work because it is not rated for a use behind an RV or trailer and can only handle bikes up to 60 lbs.
A possible truck bed mount solution is two of the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Bike Carrier # TH93VR.
Right now there is not a RV/trailer rated bike rack that will fit a 2 inch receiver that has a capacity for your two electric bikes.
