The B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050 stands 10-1/2" tall from the bed floor to the top of the king pin plate on the hitch.
I recommend using a Lube Plate # RP83002 with your 5th will pin box to increase the life of the B&W hitch as well as reduce the noise without the need for grease on the 5th wheel hitch surface.
