I am assuming when you say "instant" you mean tankless hot water heater. The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR is a great option that uses gas to heat and fits a cutout that is 13" wide x 13" tall x 17-3/4" deep. You would also need the Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve # CAM10423 for insallation.
