The Swagman trailer hitch # S64025 us designed exclusively for 4 inch x 4 inch continuous-welded steel bumpers and is not compatible with aluminum or spot-welded steel bumpers. We do not have a bumper hitch that will fit a 3 inch square bumper but you may be able to install a frame mount hitch.
The most versatile frame mount hitch is # 13703. It fits box frames, I-beam frames, and C-channel frames. It can be bolted on or welded on but welding should be done by a qualified professional. I have linked the instructions and a video showing a typical installation for you. If using this hitch with a bike rack or cargo carrier you will also need to use a stabilization strap # 18050 for the Curt warranty requirements.
Also, only certain bike racks are rated for use behind a trailer. I have included a link to them for you.
