I have a great way to tell how far the Malone AirFlow2 - 58" # MPG216 and the 50" # MPG215 extend past the rails of your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. While we do not have the specific spread between your roof rails, you can definitely measure the length of your rails from one side to the other to get a rough estimate. You simply factor in the 58" or 50" length based on the rail spread. This is the best route in determining the crossbar overhang on your vehicle. However, I did attach a video that shows the 50" model on a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek to give you perspective.

If you are planning to maximize crossbar space, I recommend going with the 58" model. If, however, you are planning to carry only 1 accessory on your crossbars, the 50" model will not be as bulky as the longer bars.
