The Curt # C56175 trailer wiring harness you mentioned is not a vehicle specific item, it can be used with many different vehicles and therefore there are no vehicle specific instructions available.

To install the wiring harness, having a circuit tester like part # 40376 would be very helpful. Locate the wiring harness feeding both of the taillight assemblies. You might need to do some disassembly in the cargo area of the vehicle or remove the taillight assemblies as if you were replacing a burned out bulb. Have a helper sit behind the wheel and activate the left turn signal while you probe with wires feeding the left taillight assembly. Once you find the wire that makes the tester blink, splice the yellow wire from the trailer harness into it. Next, have the helper pump the brake pedal, and probe the wires looking for the wire that carries the brake light signal. Once located, tap the red wire into that circuit. Turn on the running lights, and probe to find the wire that lights the tester, then tap the brown wire into that circuit. Turn on the right turn, and probe the wires behind the right taillight assembly looking for the wire that makes the tester blink, and tap the green wire into that circuit. Ground the white wire to the vehicle. You will need to mount the converter box behind the interior panels in the cargo area, and the wiring harness would remain in the cargo area until needed.

When you need to use the connector simply run it out the rear door, keeping the wires away from the latch and close the door on the harness. The rubber weatherstripping is thick enough that it will prevent the wire from being pinched. This also protects the trailer connector from the elements and damage when its not being used.

If your trailer has minimal lighting, one stop/turn/tail light per side, the # C56030 harness would be a better choice, because it would install by plugging inline with the wiring harnesses feeding your tail light assemblies, a much simpler installation.

You can see the installation instructions for the # C56030 by clicking the provided link.
