Can I Use The Anit-Rattle Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232, With The Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier

I am interested in purchasing an anti-rattle device, to quell any rattling or noise from a Carpod rear cargo basket Ill be putting onto my Nissan Xterra. I have been looking at your products and am wondering if Part # 63232 with the 3 1/2 span is the part I need. My trailer hitch is a 2 hitch. I look forward to receiving your advice. Thank you!

The Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 3-1/2" Span, part # 63232, will be compatible with the 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 450 lbs, part # M2205. The shank on the Carpod carrier is hollow, so the block with the spring will be able to fit.
