Does Advent Air RV AC Unit Benefit from SoftStartRV
Question:
Is it ok to add the SoftStart product to the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner? Will it void the warranty? Will it work?

Expert Reply:
The Advent Air AC unit part # ACDOM135 that you referenced already has a start capacitor that comes with it so the SoftstartRV part # SSR54FR wouldn't really be needed. It's not going to hurt anything but it would be somewhat redundant. The warranty would not be voided either.
