I do have a solution for a replacement, but we do not create custom axles here at etrailer. For your REMEQ boat trailer I recommend using the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This system fits any frame width so you would not have to worry about the axle length for a replacement.
Assuming you need a 5,200 lb axle like the # e45GR you were looking at, we have the # TASR5200S05. We have other options as well like the # ASR3500S05 for replacing a 3,500 lb axle or the # ASR2KHDS01 for a 2,000 lb axle replacement. These will also replace and improve your suspension and come with a 3-year limited warranty.
I have attached a review and installation video for your reference.
