As long as you have a model of Expressway 2 that doesn't include fenders or a rear cargo platform over the rear tire, the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU84FR is perfect. It is compatible with the 20" x 1.50" tires and the 39.9" wheelbase. It also comes with a great 60-pound per-bike weight capacity.

If you happen to have fenders and/or a rear cargo platform, I recommend going with a frame-mounted model. This is because wheel-mounted racks like the Transfer V2 can damage and crack the fenders and/or platform. For this reason, I recommend the frame-mounted Saris Freedom # SA4412B. There are many advantages to the Freedom. First off, with the independently adjusting cradles, they will clamp easily to your wide, shorter downtube on your bike. Also, the Freedom comes with an impressive 8 inch shank rise that gives you much more ground clearance than the Transfer V2. It is also less than half the overall weight than the Kuat. To top it all off, it comes with the same 60-pound per-bike weight capacity. To add theft-deterrence, I recommend the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA3022 and the etrailer cable lock # e98891. However, it is important to note that the Freedom does not have a tilting feature.

If you need a compatible hitch receiver for the Freedom to use on your 2021 Chevy Blazer, I recommend the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13418. The Curt hitch comes with a superior gloss outer coat over the base powder coat that provides superior rust and corrosion resistance than our other hitch option. This hitch is only a fit for non-Premier models. We unfortunately do not carry and hitch receivers that are compatible with a Premier version
