Can The Swagman Bike Cover Be Installed On A RockyMounts BackStage Swing Away Bike Rack?
Question:
I just want to clarify that the Swagman 2 bike cover can remain in place while the bikes are swung away from the hitch.

I spoke with Swagman about the Swagman Bike Cover for RVs # S24FR, and they mentioned as long as it is installed on the bike rack and not the swing away receiver.
What you'll do is, remove the bike from the receiver, put # S24FR over the end of the receiver then re-install the bike rack and zip up the bag.
As a reminder, this is not to be installed on regular vehicles, only RV's as the vacuum will protect the bag from being shredded from the wind.
