There actually isn't any plug in adapter available for a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe, so the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3015-P won't work.
If you have a factory tow package on your Tahoe, then the wiring will already be run to the dash in your vehicle. These wires should be bundled up in the dash to the left of the gas pedal.
I have included a video demonstrating where you can find this, and how to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885.
If you don't have the factory tow package, you'll need to add a 4-flat # 118540 and a 7-way # ETBC7.
