The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDF will fit your 2008 Ford F-250 but you may need quite a few spacers. You will need to measure from the frame to the axle where the Timbren would install to find the correct spacers. Timbren recommends 1/2" to 1" of clearance between the axle and the Aeon rubber spring.
The height of this kit with the included spacer is 7-3/4" so you will need to subtract 8-1/4"-8-3/4" from your measurement which will tell you how many spacers you need and what size. For a 3/8" bushing we have the 1/2" spacer # TA25722-90P00 and the 1" spacer # A25723-90AH00. For a 1/2" bushing there is the # TA25722-90F00 and # TA25723-90AD00. This will also required a longer bolt which you can acquire at a local hardware store.
