Can you tell me what the smallest bolt center to bolt center this can go to, wholes where the piece attaches to the frame

At the smallest setting the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 will fit a 48" frame width. The L-Brackets on each end near the motors will slide up against the outside of the frame and can be bolted in place on the frame.
