Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Flat Connectors did fit my car? if not - witch one?

We don't have a custom fit 7-way wiring harness that fits your 2019 Lexus GX 460 so what you'd need to do is go with a 4-way kit like the # 119250KIT and then convert it to a 7-way with the # 37185 which also has a 4-way on the side of it as well.
