Yes, the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # SA4414B, will work on your Winnebago ERA. Though it is a motorhome, we consider it a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van for hitch bike rack fits. Please keep in mind when this hitch bike rack is in use on your Winnebago ERA, you might not be able to open the rear doors when the rack is in the tilted down position and you are carrying bikes. This is due to the two doors opening outward instead of a hatch opening upward. I would add the Saris Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches, part # SAR36VR, so you will be able to open your rear doors while carrying your bikes. This adapter does have a 250 lbs weight limit, which does included the weight of the hitch bike rack.
