Yes, you'll need the Adapter for Blue Ox Tow Bars to Demco Tabless Base Plates # DM9523127 to connect the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 to your Demco Base Plate.
You'll also need a tow bar wiring kit and a braking system to flat tow your 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. If you haven't already purchased these items then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.
Since you have combined wiring in your Jeep you'll also need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 to prevent the your Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal that comes from your RV. The brake light switch wire you'll tap into is white/brown.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking from the cab of your motorhome using the remote. The included charge line kit will keep your Jeep's battery charged while you tow.
You may also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between the motorhome and Jeep. This does require some measuring on your part so I've attached our help article below to walk you through determining the correct adapter for your application.
