Replacement Suspension for a 2012 Keystone Outback 210 RS

Question:

Hello! I was looking for a suggestion on a suspension upgrade kit for my 2012 Keystone Outback 210RS. The shackles, equalizer, and leaf springs could all use a refresh as 10 years of happy use.

We can definitely help you upgrade your 2012 Keystone Outback 210 RS suspension. You will have to take some measurements to confirm which leaf springs you are going to need. You will want to jack your trailer up and get all the weight off of the springs. I have attached a diagram that will show you the dimensions you will need to find in order to get the correct replacements. Once you get those measurements send me a message and I will be happy to find you the right springs.

Depending on your axle spacing you will want the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers 8K item # MR27ZR for a 35" wheelbase. Or the MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers 8K
Item # MR87ZR for a 33" wheelbase. These rubber equalizers will replace the solid steel ones that come standard on your trailer. The rubber inserts absorb and dampen the vibration and bounce, resulting in a less bumpy ride.

For your shackles you will need to determine what size you currently have. If you have 2-1/4" long shackles you will either need the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem axles item # MR46ZR. Or if your shackles are 3-1/8" long you will need the item # MR76ZR. Both of these kits include heavy duty 1/2" thick shackle straps, wet bolts, nuts, and bronze bushings.
