The measurement you are asking about is 9-1/2". This is from the top of the hitch where it bolts to the frame to the bottom of the 2" receiver opening. This hitch fits 2014 - 2021 Chevrolet Express Van Cutaway Cab and Chassis and 2014 - 2021 GMC Savana Van Cutaway Cab and Chassis.
