Recommended Bike Rack For 2022 Winnebago ERA Motorhome

Question:

Does this bike rack work with Winnebago ERA Mercedes’ Sprinter Van? On line it states that this has not been verified.Can the rack and bikes be adjusted so all the rear sensors, license plate, rear lights are not obstructed?

I do have a solution for you, but it will require you carrying bikes on a hitch bike rack. Your 2022 Winnebago ERA motorhome has a 2" trailer hitch. My hitch bike rack recommendation will consist of these two items:

Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gray, part # SH22G
Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches - Passenger's Side, part # PVP20B

I like this hitch bike rack configuration because it provides you with an important feature. The ability to open your rear doors while the rack is attached to your vehicle. It is a problem on vehicles with doors that open outward instead of upward. A tilt-down rack is not as useful in this situation.
