The blue wire on the brake controller is the output wire that runs to the vehicle end connector to power the electric trailer brakes. If you are wiring a 7-way connector on your truck then you will have to run this wire, 10 gauge, to the connector and connect it to the brake terminal.
If you used an OEM brake controller wire harness, item # 3020-P, to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 brake controller, item # 90885, then the wiring at the rear of the vehicle should be in place and if you do not have a 7-way connector you can use the 7-Way and 4-Way Replacement Connector for Dodge OEM Style Plugs, item # 42145, to install a 7-way on your truck.
If you have the 7-way factory connector and the brake feed is not working with the brake controller installed, with the OEM connector, you will need to use a circuit tester, item # PTW2993 if you need one, to check the vehicle wiring and find the problem.
