If you are looking for a premium rack with the most overall weight capacity, I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # NV22G-NA22G. With the NV 2.0, the first two positions of the rack provide a weight capacity 60 pounds per bike while the rear two positions provide a capacity of 40 pounds per bike. A premium feature of the NV 2.0 is that you can tilt the rack with bikes loaded in order to gain access to the trunk. It also comes with a single fat tire strap if one of your bikes has a tier width from 3-5 inches. If you have other fat bikes, you need additional Phat Bike Adapter Kits # APBK. You also have the option for adding a loading ramp with # ANVBRB.
For a runner-up recommendation for a more economical option, I suggest the Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # SA4026F. The front two bike positions of the SuperClamp also include a 60 pound per bike weight capacity. However, the rear two positions have a decreased 35 pound per bike capacity. The SuperClamp also allows you to tilt the rack with bikes loaded to access the trunk. Also, the rack comes with locks that secure the bikes as well as the rack itself. If you have fat-tire bikes with tire widths between 4.5-5 inches, you need the Fat Tire Adapter # SA4419.
With these racks, you need a compatible 2-inch hitch receiver on your vehicle. If you need a hitch, feel free to respond to this answer with your year/make/model, and I will be happy to recommend the best hitch for you.
