The SkyRise when closed would be too high for me to be able to pull into my garage I think. I have about 14 inches of clearance. What are the lowest profile crossbars I could get that would work with my 2018 Highlander LL?

The lowest profile roof rack for your 2018 Toyota Highlander with flush mount rails is from Rhino-Rack.
