You did your research, and each of those parts are perfect and will work for your 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Recon. Roadmaster makes really high quality flat towing parts so that's exactly what I would go with, and the only other thing you will need are baseplates. I did verify with Roadmaster the correct baseplates that fit your Jeep, and I'll go ahead and list them for you, along with the other parts so you have an easy list to go off of:

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1444-3

- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522

- Wiring Kit & Safety Chains: RoadMaster Falcon 2 and Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit with Straight Wiring # RM-9243-1

- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR

The base plate kit will fit your Jeep and allow you to easily connect the Falcon All-Terrain tow bar with its included pins and clips, the combo kit has the wiring you need along with the safety chains, and the Stay-IN-Play DUO is by far the best option for a braking system. The reason for that is because it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome, so when you hit the brakes your Jeep is going to get the same amount of braking power, for a smoother, more controlled ride.

The only other thing I recommend considering is some protection for your Jeep with the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750.

While not a necessity to flat tow your Jeep, it does offer protection against flying debris from hitting your Wrangler as it is being towed. And while it probably isn't necessary if you plan on just doing shorter trips and staying on paved roads, for longer trips, or heading to campgrounds that have unpaved roads, it is something that will be really useful for you.
