While holes will not need to be drilled to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11391 on your 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan, you may need to enlarge the access hole for the mounting hardware to be inserted into your frame rail. I have linked an installation video below that shows the mounting hardware fitting inside the access holes without needing to be enlarged on a 2008 model year.

I recommend installing the 4-Way Kit # C59236 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 in the event your hitch mounted accessory impairs the view of your tail lights.
