7-Way 12v Wiring for a Curt Echo on a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander
Question:
When I wired in my 7 prong trailer connect, I never ran the 12v as out popus did not need breaks, not I will have to I think for my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander as the led light will not light so this should be fixed with simply a 40amp circuit breaker and 10 fault wire .... from what I read in another post?

Yes, in order to use the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller item # C51180 you were looking at you will need to run the 12v wire to your 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander's battery. You will want to use 10 Gauge Primary Wire - Blue - per Foot item # 10-1-1 and a 40 Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker - Perpendicular Mount Bracket item # 9510.
