Are LED Load Resistors Needed For H13 LED Bulbs?
Question:
They say plug and play i have a 2007 dodge diesel with H13 bulbs, these l.e.ds have same H 13 type plug, will i need to put resistors in as well?

Yes you are going to need load resistors like the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals # DI34ZR. An LED load resistor is needed for every LED light bulb in the turn circuit.
