Expert Reply:
Your 2016 Ford F-150 will get added support on it rear suspension when carrying a truck camper with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385.
It will not increase your truck's payload capacity, however; what the Air Lift # AL57385 will do is give you a more controlled, comfortable ride with your camper. The reason why is that when you have your truck camper on the back of your F-150 - without any added support - will squat. This puts more stress on the back of the truck, and lifts the front wheels up off the ground slightly, impacting all aspects of your truck's handling.
