Troubleshooting No Power to 7 Pin Connector on a 1998 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup
Question:
98 k1500 ext cab. Power posts on side of fise block facing cab. 40 Amp fuse replaced still no 12v to one oclock pin on 7 way connector

It sounds like you have a fault in the wiring between your fuse box and the 7-pin connector, a bad connection, or a bad connector. You should check the wiring at your connector first to make sure there is no corrosion or damage. If there isn't I recommend tracing the wires to the connector to see if there is any damage. If there isn't a problem with your wiring then you should replace your connector.
