Is the AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress One Piece or Two Piece Design

Many of the reviews reference that this is a two piece design and it doesnt stay together very well. The video shows that it is a one piece design. Can you tell me if it is a one or two piece design?

This particular AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress, # 341028, is a single piece. There are two parts to it that need to be inflated but the bed as a whole is a single component.
