I have a vehicle with a 7 pin receptacle and a trailer with a 4 pin plug. How can I make this work? Thanks

Expert Reply:
I recommend replacing your current 7 way with the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring - Vehicle End # HM40975-11998.
This will give you the option to use a 4 way or a 7 way.
