Troubleshooting Vehicle Warning System Being Quiet After Curt 4-Way is Installed On 2018 Acura RDX
Question:
installed Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector on 2018 Acura RDX. Can this cause back up warning system to not work? Usually quite annoying sensor, but is quiet now when cars/obstruction present.

I reached out to Curt who confirmed the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56008 would not cause the warning system on your 2018 Acura RDX to no longer work. What I believed may have happened is something may have become loose when the harness was installed and that is what is causing your warning system to be quiet.
